Dear Dr. Reisfeld:
It’s a miracle!
I’ve dreamed about this moment all my life to be confident and bold enough to shake hands and actually be sociable without the fear of sweaty, cold, clammy hand shakes.
It’s been two weeks since my surgery and I played 9 holes of golf today and no sweaty palms affecting my club grip. Usually I’d slice or hook my swings because even with gloves on my hands would slip due to the sweat. I can actually golf now WITHOUT the gloves… who would have thought?
With regard to the experience, it was the most pleasant service I’ve
received from medical professionals. I was treated with the utmost
care with my comfort in mind. The recovery was quick and the pain minimal. There
was little discomfort the first week but nothing un manageable. I had
one episode of sweating in my palms 3 days after surgery, but lasted only a
couple of hours and it was not dripping wet like before the surgery.
This procedure will change your life it’s changed mine. I’m in
marketing and advertising and am in front of people regularly.
Needless to say, I’m more approachable, less timid, and overall
confident. I’ve noticed too that I’m first to extend a handshake! I can even put hand lotion on my hands and it actually dries up.
In closing, I want to say thank you to Dr. Reisfeld for his
entrepreneurial spirit and the care he and his staff provided. This
surgical procedure will do wonders to your self-esteem.
