Good afternoon,

I had a lumbar sympathectomy performed by Dr. Reisfeld on Feb. 10th. Dr. Reisfeld requested a followup on how I was doing.

I am one hundred percent pleased with the results of my operation for my plantar hyperhidrosis. I have not experienced sweaty feet since the surgery. It is a great feeling to wear shoes of my choice or not be inhibited when I am barefooted. In regards to the groin sweating, there was some improvement but it did not resolve completely. The area sometimes gets moist but there definitely is some improvement.

In conclusion, I am very grateful to Dr. Reisfeld and his team for providing this life changing surgery. Everyone on the team that I came in contact with were very pleasant and professional. Thanks again!
