Dear Dr. Reisfeld,
Today is the two month anniversary of my surgery (April 25). I wanted to let you know that I am doing great and thank you and your staff for the great care I got on the day of my surgery. I was so nervous that day, but your nurses put me so at ease and patiently answered all my questions.

I also want to thank you for your patience and concern with me when I was experiencing the flushing process after surgery. You had me call you every day until the process stopped and my hands were dry once again. I so appreciated your reassurance.

I am still in awe every single day at the miracle of my dry hands. I have been able to go back to church without the anxiety of having to shake or hold hands during the service. I happily hold the hands of my third graders and shake hands with their parents with confidence. I know you hear hundreds of stories just like mine, but every one of us will forever be grateful that you chose to commit your medical expertise to helping us overcome this lifelong problem.
