Dear Dr. Reisfeld,

I just want to say thanks a million, after surgery, I got 100% improvement in my hands and underarms and about 70% improvement in my feet and about 50% improvement in my face.

During past days, i.e. the hottest days of July, I have had mild CS only outside the building in my lower back, but inside office or home if AC is on I have no CS.

I have gustatory sweating when I eat some specific foods such as garlic, onion & spicy foods which I already had this problem before my surgery but it is stronger now. However when I think about the benefits that I have obtained these mild complications do not bother me at all.

Generally Speaking, I am 100% or even more than 100% happy since I was not expecting to get improvement in my feet and face. I only regret that I should had done this procedure in the summer of 2002 when I immigrated to the US and visited your Web-site a couple of months after that, but some complaints from patients who might have done this procedure with inexperienced surgeons or old procedures such as open surgery or cutting sympathetic nerves from T1 to T6 or damaging the ganglia changed my mind and postponed my new life from 2002 to 2009.

I do recommend you to anyone who has hyperhidrosis problem as the most experienced and the best surgeon in the US.
