Dear Dr. Reisfeld and staff,

It has been 3 months since my surgery and I am happy to report that my hands, armpits and feet are completely dry.  Since the surgery I have not had one instance of sweaty hands or armpits, even when I work out excessively.  My feet do sweat, but only when I work out.  Remarkably the sweating stops as soon as my heart rate goes back down.  Otherwise my hands, armpits and feet are completely dry.

This is what it must feel like to be a normal human being!!!  It still feels like a dream!  I am so glad that I made the choice to pursue this procedure.  Since the procedure my quality of life has improved drastically.  Before the surgery it felt like my life revolved around avoiding personal touch.  From the moment I woke up in the morning to the moment I drifted off to sleep at night my sweaty hands dominated everything I did.  Even after a shower I felt “dirty” from being so sweaty all the time.  Thanks to you and your staff I no longer suffer from the burden imposed on me by my hyperhidrosis. 

I am also completely impressed with the ease in which the procedure was performed as well as my recovery time.  Within two days I was able to work out again.  The pain in my chest was minimal at most.  I hardly needed the pain medication prescribed to me.

Dr. Reisfeld, thank you for performing my surgery and for changing my life.  I appreciate your expertise and helpful nature.  I think I actually spoke with you personally over the pohne 4 times before my surgery took place.  You have a remarkable practice.  I would highly recommend you to anyone who needs help with their hyperhidrosis.  Please use my name as a reference – I would love to share my story with those about the procedure.
